Our farm is located in Two Rivers, WI, between Green Bay, and Sheboygan. It is 40 acres of rolling fields, woods and pasture. Through the middle of our land is Malash Creek which runs directly to Lake Michigan. The lake is only a few mile ride from the farm and we go there quite often to ride along the beach.
Here is the new arena which was completed in April of 2007. It allows us to ride during Wisconsins cold winters and even in the summer to get out of the sun. It is a bright and airy arena. Attached is the stable which houses the stalls, tack room and a smaller arena which we use as a round pen, and lungeing arena. There is also a wooden barn in which hay is stored and a few additional stalls are located.
Paula leading the horses out on a cold fall morning. The more you lead at once the less trips you have to make!
We also go on frequent roadtrips to different trails in the area. We find this to be a great way to get the horses out and train in a different environment.
Here is a picture of Jack with our rig all loaded up and ready to go.
